WHY

Discomfort is a result of an unsupported foot trying to stay balanced and working too hard to steer the ski through the turn.

COMFORT

Foot pain is one of the most common complaints in skiing. Often, foot pain results from an unsupported foot. When your foot moves around in your boot, you'll experience chafing and sore spots. Tight spots in your boot can also contribute to pain.

Control

Skiers use their feet to communicate with the skis. We tell the skis what to do by moving our bodies. A close-fitting boot with a custom footbed allows every muscle movement to generate a corresponding response from the ski. If there are gaps in the boot, then your foot moves around in the empty spaces in the boot and doesn't transfer that movement to the ski.

ENDURANCE

A foot that is unsupported can fatigue faster because the skier has to work harder in the boot to get the ski to respond. A well fitting boot with a custom footbed lets you ski longer with better results and less fatigue. It can also create a much quicker response from the ski because the foot movements are being lost in the gaps of the boot. A well supported foot will be better balanced.
