A custom, moldable Fastech footbed is heated and molded to your foot while you stand on the footbed on a foam base in a skier stance.

The footbed is further supported by adding layers of cork underneath and then ground to match the contours of your boot board and shell.

Finally, assemble all the parts, try it on, and make adjustments to get the fit just right.

The process typically takes 1-2 hours from start to finish.
