We start with custom insoles made by Fastech, a Michigan-based company that got their start developing this product for skiers and snowboarders.
We heat the insole and use your foot to mold it to the perfect contour.
We use cork to lift, tilt, or otherwise make adjustments until your stance and fit are just right.
BOOT MODIFICATIONS
If your heel lifts inside your boot, we will narrow the heel pocket for a tighter fit.
The boot shell can be ground, heated and reshaped, or punched out to accommodate your personal foot shape, including bone spurs or bunions.
With a proper fit, you may be able to downsize for the sake of performance.
BOOT HEATERS
An electric heating element can be placed under the toes in a custom footbed to keep them warm on even the coldest days.
A cord runs up the back of the boot and plugs into a rechargeable battery pack. A charger is included.
There are several different options, with battery life ranging from 4-16 hours. Some options include a wireless remote control lanyard so you can adjust the heat level while you're out on the snow.
